So I checked out this site today, PersonalHomeLoanMortgages.com and it provides everything you need to start buying a house right on one page. There are a lot of great tips, a guide to follow and even rates for whereever you live. I found it very easy to follow the site and find what I was looking for.

There is a section with blogs and what others are doing just like you. I like how you can talk to others in the same boat as you and not someone working for the company all the time. Makes you feel like you are one of many looking for the same good information.

PersonalHomeLoanMortgages.com is a site that I can see many people using once they know about it and maybe they will come across it from my blog.
The only downside to this site is it is for America only so I would not be able to use it. Maybe they do have something for Canada, I just did not see it. I will be looking into the house market one day so this may be a site I will use.
