Last night was the premiere of season three for Lost. I ended season two a little confused and less than thrilled with how vast the story line was getting. My hope for this year is that they bring it in a little early and get back on some kind of clear path. Of course last night that did not happen and in fact it seems to be going the other way and getting more confusing.

Now we are living the life of the others and seeing where they live and what they are all about. Jack, Kate and Sawyer are all prisoners of war basically and we did not even see the regular gang. Yes we get it, Jack is stubborn, did they have to make the whole episode about that? Those grilled cheese sandwiches looked good though.

We did get to learn that they are staying in some kind of Zoo or prison for animals. Who knows what is going on, I just want to have faith that it will all make sense and come to this cool conclusion that makes you go wow. Remember the first time you saw Pulp Fiction and most likely were not thrilled with the movie until the end when it all fell together and it was such a cool trick! That is what I hope for whenever this series ends.

After Lost I checked out the premiere of the new show, The Nine. I totally thought it was going to be all the people trapped in the bank the whole year. But in fact that was rushed through in 10 minutes and months have already passed. The show is more about how that incident ties the nine people together in life. You know how when you go through a tramatic moment, the people that are with you are always with you in some way. It has potential and I will contine to check it out. It certainly has a post 911 feel to it and I hope it does not get too American ra ra ra.

Thats all for today.
