Back at work today so I will have to keep it short. Not much new, it was a cold one this morning. Hard to think that next Monday it will be even more dark in the morning.

Last night dinner turned out so good. The crock pot swiss steak was yum. The mashed tators were yum and Katie’s ROCK-oli was yum too.

She steamed them in this mix of water and shaved orange and then put some cheddare cheese on after and it got all melty and good.

Perfect Sunday night dinner with a glass of wine thats for sure.

Did not get up to much, watched Studio 60 and Amazing Race. Both were okay.

Work is pretty slow, as it always is on Mondays. I wonder where Kev and Angela are at this point in their day? To the border maybe??
