(over the top sarcasm alert)
Good morning everyone on this lovely Wednesday morning in Halifax. The rain is womderful on this lovely cold day! I can’t wait to get outside and spend most of my day outthere having fun.
So I hope you all were able to sleep last night. Big drama in the USA that is for sure. Not I don’t mean the DEMS taking back the house, I am referring to Kevin Federline getting dumped by miss trailer park herself, Britney Spears. Oh it was just a few days ago that our friend K-Fed was on Muchmusic laughing and having a good ol’ time talking about his lovely wife. Then a day later I guess she must of taken some reality pills or something and filed for divorce. It is a good thing our superstar in the making K-Fed has his career up and going. He is going to be one of those triple threats I think. Acting, singing and maybe even producing. No worries for this freeloader, he is going to be okay. I know this because I saw his talents in action on a recent episode of CSI. Please, please worry about something more important like will the War Brides have a good time in Halifax. Our boy Federline is going to be A-okay my friends.
(ending of sarcasm-ness)
Speaking of Halifax I am sure you have read past posts about how brutal the drivers are in this city and how being a pedestrian is the same as being a risk taker. Well today in the Herald it reports that six people were hit yesterday in various parts of the city and in one case a guy had his leg run over and the guy took off. Who are these people who can’t drive?? How do they get their licenses?? Not to assume but I bet some of them were on cell phones or doing their makeup or playing with the 4000 stations on their Serius satellite radio. Now that I am driving I am very aware of walkers and people crossing the street. I guess that is because I was that walker who gets pissed when a car almost runs over his dog at a corner stop. Okay the last report in the artcle does say the kid was a moron trying to cross a busy street but still should you not be able to stop in time? This is why I get nervous now Katie is learning to drive, not that she will be bad but because she is on the road with others who don’t know what they are doing.
The Raps are on TV tonight against the Sixers and I am sure AI is going to get his 35 + points, it is just a matter of shutting everyone else down. I will be on the couch for the tip that is for sure. I am very excited to see this team grow even if it means listening to Swirsk go overboard on his Rap bias. Did anyone else get annoyed with the 20 minute chat they had with the Godfather of basketball the other day during the broadcast. When the game is on, call the game fools! All that other stuff is filler. My prediction is Raps win, Raps win even tho AI is going to score 42 points. You heard it here.
Other tid bits
- Holiday dates are official for work, Dec 21-28. In Toronto 22-28.
- Two more episodes of Rescue me in the books. What a good show so far.
- No sign of War Brides yet, maybe I should check Tim Hortons
- Bosco is unhappy with the new seating arrangement at night. We own the couch and Mercy has taken the chair. No room for Boss so he pouts and goes upstairs.
- Kev is still hunting for work.
- The PGA needs someone to start beating Tiger Woods
Okay tea is done and so is this entry for today. Hope you have yourself a great day.
K-Fed in action on a recent episode of CSI. What a star he is going to be. He is the punk from the crowd in case you are lucky enough not to know who he is.
