		<description>I think Halifax would be a great place to learn to drive - at least more so than Toronto. In a previous post you talked about how dangerous a place it was to be pedestrian, but I think that's because pedestrians out there expect cars to stop for them no matter where they decide to cross the road and rarely look to see if there is a car coming. On the off chance they do, it's just to glare at the driver for not giving them the right of way. I say mow 'em over, Katie!
