Hi there, I’m up and it is quiet on this Sunday morning. It is one of those days when it is colder in the house than it is outside. Hard to figure out what to do with the heat in that situation. Bosco is sitting here giving me the eye for a walk and I am doing my best to ignore him. Katie is still enjoying a nice Sunday sleep in and I am on my transition day for work. I am sure there will be a nap in my future later on.
Yesterday was very busy at work, not so much because there was a lot going on, we are just having some growing pains at work. One of those good problems because it means we are growing, just a lot faster than we can handle. Every Saturday, more and more people are coming to the site and more and more stuff is being pushed out on the site. All great stuff excecpt you can’t test a sites capabilities until it happens when talking about 100’s of thousands more viewers. So that site is slow, things don’t work at the speed you would like them too and it makes the day feel like you are fighting your job. It did not help that all the people who are supposed to be there or on call to fix stuff were enjoying their Remembrance day. Oh well I made it to the end and got out of there.
Last night we watched Cars, it was pretty good. I can see young kids loving that movie but it was not one of the more enjoyable animation flicks for me anyways. The Incredibles and Nemo are still up there. It was a good themed movie for today however since miss Rock will be going out for some more driving lessons. The plan today is for some turns and going backwards.
As for the rest of the day, not too much going down in Kline town. I am working til Wednesday morning and then off for four days. Katie is off to Toronto on Friday til Sunday for some visiting and birthday celebrations. The boyz will get some time to themselves to do whatever they want. Yes Bosco that means a lot more time on the couch.
I will try and get Katie to check in at some point and talk about the driving fun and her new toy she got in the mail this week. Oh how is that for a teaser.
Well thats about all I have for today, maybe I will check in later.

I think Halifax would be a great place to learn to drive - at least more so than Toronto. In a previous post you talked about how dangerous a place it was to be pedestrian, but I think that’s because pedestrians out there expect cars to stop for them no matter where they decide to cross the road and rarely look to see if there is a car coming. On the off chance they do, it’s just to glare at the driver for not giving them the right of way. I say mow ‘em over, Katie!
And a new toy in the mail? I only have impure thoughts…
