Cheerleaders dunking

SO after posting my live blog of the Raptors game I head on over to Raptorblog to see what they had to say about the game and what do you know, they did a live blog as well!! After reading it over there were a lot of the same points so if you want to read that one as well headover to it.

In that one it also linked to some wicked pictures of the Houston Rockets cheerleaders dunking using a trampoline! I agree that the Raptors should get in on this. Anyways here are the pictures of this crazy event.

In other news it is a gloomy but mild morning here in the Fax and I am just getting up and going after staying up late to watch those darn Raptors lose again. When will I ever learn not to put my sleep patterns on the line for those guys?? Ah who am I kidding I will do it again tonight.

Yesterday was a good day. Katie was heading off to Toronto for a few days and I was going to get some me time with the farm of course. As a side note, this is not a really good thing but you know what I mean. The plan was to drive her to the airport but some plans came up for me so she ended up taking a cab, which she was fine with by the way.

A friend of mine from work called to see if I wanted to head out to the beach to let the dogs run wild. Of course I was up for that, it was 16 Celcius out! So I drove over to Dartmouth and met up with Brian and we caravanned out to Cole Harbour and I got to see this awesome spot to take the dog. It was this huge boardwalk right on the ocean that lead down to the beach. Bosco and Rusty sure had some fun running in the sand and playing in the water. He still looks tired as I look at him under my feet right now.  There are some pictures posted on the side there as well.

After I got home I was pretty beat and just wanted to sit and relax. After making an early dinner! haha I fired up a movie and watched World Trade Center with Nick Cage. It was pretty good, same story as all the other movies just from the point of view of cops this time. It brings back all the memories and I was happy to see Oliver Stone stay within the true events as far as  I could tell.

For the rest of the evening I just basked in the glow of downloaded tv shows and got all caught up on all my ongoing series. Then of course it was time for the game. Ah so much promise, same old let down.

Today I have not decided yet what I am going to get up to, first up though is a little breakfast so I am going to leave you and go do that. Katie did check in and she had a fun time at the party last night. Toronto is still a busy place and she is having a fun time. I am sure I will hear more about it today.
