Okay so I the chances are slim but with the news of Pau Gasol wanting out of Memphis it got me wondering how the Raptors can somehow get him and join him up with his other Spanish buds (Calderon, Garbo). So far my deal looks like this.

MoPete, Fred Jones, Pape Sow and Leafs season tickets for Jerry West.

Could you imagine three of the best Spanish players on the planet all wearing the red and white? Any Raptor fan must agree that a bear like Gasol would add toughness and some strong board action. Not to mention Garbo would not automatically have the worst beard on the team.

Until Gasol ends up somewhere else, I will continue to dream a little dream like this.
