Not bad, not bad. I picked 16 of 24 trophies. I sure did better than I did at the Golden Globes. (see previous post)

The evening was the typical snorefest with a few amusing moments. First we missed the opening because we did not know what time the whole thing actually started but I don’t think it was anything memorable. The first 45 minutes was painful, lets get to the good awards right away. I don’t care about the techy ones right off the bat. I mean it was nice to look at Maggie G and all but lets get to the big boys.

The Will Ferrel, Jack Black thing was funny and I enjoyed Al Gore’s whole thing about thinking about running for President.

Figured Jennifer Hudson would win although I am not buying into it. I am very happy that Marty won and the grand dad from Little Miss Sunshine as well.

Was there any chance in hell for the other four docs going against An Incovenient Truth???

I fell asleep long before the big awards were announced so I am just getting caught up on the happenings now. I guess we can all go back to our daily lives now.
