Katie has drive

Well the countdown is on, it is only a few days until Katie goes for her driver’s test and yesterday we did some good practicing and I just wanted to share how well she is doing. The turns are sharp and the stops are getting smoother. The confidence is up and all things are pointing to a successful test. Today we will be trying out some more parking and general backwards stuff since that is somthing that will be on the test.

Also Katie pumped her first tank of gas yesterday so I wanted to share that will all of you (she said it was okay). It was one of the more stylish pumps I have seen to date. It also helped that there was a giant puddle of slush in the way meaning Katie had to do this big stretch that kind of reminded me like a photo shoot.

Keep up to date with this ongoing tale all week as we lead up to the big day. There is no pressure, if it happens it happens, if not we just practice more and take it again. You never know if you will get the driver tester from hell or maybe the stars are just not alligned. If I was a betting man and I am not, I would lay my cash down on Katie doing well. I have seen it first hand and I am a tough guy to impress haha.
