I recently was checking out an interesting site about investment property from around the world. I am not in the market of buying up assets of course but there might be someone out there who is. So my advice would be to check out Compass Worldwide Properties.

One of the places that is focused on is Dubai and all of the advantages of investing there. The site provides all the resources you need to research the area is provided on the site in a clean and easy to use page.

I am not an expert by any means and I was able to navigate around the site and find what I was looking for.  One of my favourite aspects of the page is how it points out all of the advantages for an investor for that area.

The map included in the bottom left corner is a nice touch for someone who does not know the area and when looking at all the links along the top you will see they make info easy to find.

If you are looking for low deposit property investment I would certainly recommend this site. I mean it is not for everyone but if you are knowledgable about this area, Compass Worldwide Properties is full of great info.
