Who will be the new He-Man?

I was reading today over at tvsquad that they are going to make another He-Man movie. Are you kidding? Anyways the movie wants Brad Pitt or Gerard Butler for the role. Of course they do. They want some A-list dude to try and sell the movie because it will be a giant pile of crap. Can people stop ruining cartoons that a whole generation would like to remember as is.

The Masters of the Universe movie with Dolph Lundgren was horrible so why does Adam Rifkin think he can write a better movie?

Anyways, who do you think should play He-Man? Hell who do you think should play the whole cast? My only interest in this whole subject is to see who is cast as She-Ra or Teela. Cleary most of us would be happy with Jessica Alba for either.

Here is my pick for some of the cast of He-Man. Like it would ever happen unless the movie was retitled Ocean’s 14 - The He-Man years.

Now I know the Dolph movie was really bad, but that was also the 80’s and a lot of stuff came out bad in those days. I like some of the real versions of our cartoon favorites, for instance, the spider-man series turned out well, the last batman was really good as well as the last superman, so I think we’re headed in a good direction. Also, if you take a look at all those movies there are a few A-listers that help make them blockbusters. Sometimes these cartoon/superhero movies just need that. I really like your suggestions as who would play the characters, especially jessica alba, wow. But, I have to say I would love to see Brad Pitt in the movie, i mean fight club, 12 monkeys, legends of the fall, troy? The dude is bad-ass and he’d kill the role.

I would love to see Brad as well, he is one of my favourites, I just do not see it happening.

He is too busy adopting the world’s kids.

I always hold out hope for a good end product but it is a long shot.

My friend pointed out that I did not mention the sorceress.

so I was thinking, make Scarlett Jo Teela and move Kate Beckinsale to Sorceress.

NEW HE-MAN MOVIE NEWS.

On the AICN website Joel Silver has picked up the rights to He-Man and the Masters of the Universe to turn itinto a movie,Legendary Pictures are not involved in the project now so Silver will be a producer for the movie and Justin Marks will be helming the script.
there can be other actors to play He-Man like Travis Fimmel former Calvin Klein model is a good choice to play He-Man,Joel Silver could sign Fimmel up for the role.
Joel Silver and Justin Marks will be talking to the He-Man toy makers Mattel on the film project.
He-Man went on the big screen in the 1987 movie Masters of the Universe starring Dolph Lundgren and the movie had cheesy special effects and bad
plot,worst movie ever made.
This remake will be better and more remarkable.
