For the first time in years I watched SNL from start to finish. Now granted I achieved this mostly because I was at work and it was on and I had nowhere else to be but whatever, I did it.

It was the season finale and Zach “The Scrubs guy” Braff was the host and Maroon 5 did the tunes.

I figured since it was the close of the season the show would go out with a bang and at least have one of those memorable Digital Shorts.

But no, there were some funny moments but all in all it was just an average show.

Highlights

  • The prom committee sketch where they made fun of Garden State.
  • The one where Zach tries to sublet his apartment and the dog hits on the guy.
  • Whitney Houston on the news.

I guess I will just have to watch those old clips over and over again until fall rolls around again.
