We have been celebrating the official start to summer in Canada with a long weekend. Just wanted to share some of the good things about it.

  • Finishing work and off for four days
  • Catching up on all the TV finales I missed in the week
  • Katie made her famous chicken stuffed with goat cheese
  • Got to take Bosco on a long, tiring walk
  • Went grocery shopping
  • Got our car back
  • Slept in and caught up on rest
  • Even though it rained most of the weekend still had a good time
  • Went for drives
  • Got to tidy up the house after letting it go for too long
  • Watched the Senators make it to the Stanley Cup Finals
  • Had some time to catch up on my blogs
  • Went to Janes on the Common for brunch
  • Forgot to get beer for the weekend but did not mind
  • The Office season finale was fantastic
  • BBQ dinner on Monday
  • Took Bosco out to the ocean
  • Katie baked up some chocolate brownies
  • The Pistons managed to win a game where they played like crap
  • Lost was actually good this week
  • Got to take some pictures on the beach
  • Katie got to see Oprah, that is big!
  • Found a few other places to go on walks/drives next time
  • All the bonus time Katie and I got to spend together before things get crazy
