A few weeks I was in that place that all men find themselves in all the time. Whether to shave or be lazy and let it go a few more days. Well this time a few more days has turned into a few more weeks and I am sporting my first official beard. I have had scruffy beards before but never this fluffy and full and so far I am liking it. I am sure that eventually a social event will come up where I will be forced to clean up the mountain man look and shave it all off. Until then let the beard rule.

  • Having to be careful drinking milk or eating soup.
  • Sometimes I feel like a bum.
  • Having people go “oh a beard”.
  • Dealing with itch when it gets dry.
  • The impending doom of people not liking me when I shave it off.
  • Giving my dog fleas.
  • The extra time it takes to shampoo my face.
