Orlando Magic at Toronto Raptors 7pm ET The Score

Okay I am going to try and forget the horror of last night and try to stay positive tonight at the ACC.  We have the Magic coming in and that means one thing. Dwight Howard! The real beast of the East, the new Shaq, the man-child. If you thought KG was a monster on Sunday I can only imagine what Howard does tonight.

The Raptors are well aware of Howard, who averaged 21.0 points in four games against them last year. Toronto swept the season series, though, as Bosh averaged 34 points and 11 rebounds against the Orlando team.

Bosh hasn’t come close to putting up those kind of numbers so far as he’s been hampered by a nagging left knee injury that has bothered him through the preseason. He’s averaging 12 points and 5 rebounds after enduring one of the worst games of his career Tuesday.

Bosh did not have a basket for only the second time as a pro, and finished with one point and two rebounds in 15 minutes Milwaukee. He refused to use his injury as an excuse.

Raptors coach Sam Mitchell didn’t single out Bosh as no starter reached double figures.

Trust me it was a pretty easy night for Sam to blame the whole team. The looked horrible from the start and had no intensity and their heads were elsewhere.

Jason Kapono, again struggled to defend an opposing small forward again as Desmond Mason made all 10 shots and finished 21 points. Kapono watched Andre Iguodala scored 23 and New Jersey’s Richard Jefferson had 27 in games last week.

Next up, Rashard Lewis. This should be interesting, he has always done well against Toronto.

Lewis is averaging 23 points through four games.

Toronto could use a better performance from Andrea Bargnani, who has only scored a total of 14 points in his last two games after averaging 20 in his first two.

I am fully expecting a strong game from Bosh and T.J. but someone else has to show they can ball if the Raps are going to make up for last night.

I am expecting them to come out in front of the home crowd and show they are not a joke. Sam has probably put the fear of God into them and professional pride should kick in.

I think it will be close but because of the home crowd and a good game from the bench I predict Toronto to win 110-101.
