Toronto at Dallas 830pm ET

Well at least Chris Bosh and T.J Ford well get some home cooking out of this trip to Dallas. I don’t see Toronto getting much more than that tonight. The Mavs are one of the best teams in the league and they don’t lose at home very often. That being said this is exactly the game the mysterious Raptors could come out and win.

Reigning league MVP Dirk Nowitzki has scored at least 29 points in four of his last five games against Toronto. He had 38 points and 11 rebounds in his last game against the Raptors - a 97-96 Mavs victory Jan. 14. Dirk Diggler always burns the Raps and I expect him to do the same tonight. Everyone keeps saying Bargnani is a young Dirk and I hope they are right.

For the Raptors to win tonight the usual suspects will have to put up big numbers and Bargnani will have to show something.

Josh Howard is a difficult matchup and has a lot of energy. This is the type of player Toronto usually has problems with.

I think it will stay close until the start of the fourth quarter and the Mavs will pull away for the win.
