Toronto 91, Cleveland 82
First off I will have to keep this short because I only saw the fourth quarter. Not really fair to comment on what I did not see.
First off the two stars were not playing so before I even saw the score I knew Toronto would be winning. And they were.
Career nights for Defino and Bargnani and Ford was back in the lineup dishing a few dimes.
I think Delfino was a steal from the Pistons who never really found a use for him because of the depth at his position. Toronto is cashing in with his toughness and unappreciated offensive game. He adds some of the defensive grit that they lost when Mo Pete left. Plus he has probably learned some flopping technique from fellow countryman Manu.
Even though they started to let Cleveland come back at the end it really never was close from what I could tell. Cleveland without LeBron is like Hollywood without their writers. It is a sad situation.
I had a hard time debating the game ball for this game since I did not see it all. So based on what I saw and by what Chuck was going on about the most, I am going to give the award to Carlos. The Wiz tonight, always a tough game on the road.
Game Ball Carlos Delfino
