Toronto at Washington 7pm ET

I have always hated games in Washington. For one I find the arena and floor ugly and the Wiz have never been a team I enjoyed watching. Also every time Toronto goes there they seem to get blown out. I mean it is where the crazy Mo Pete shot happened last year but generally they have a hard time winning in D.C.

The thing I also don’t like is I actually think Washington is a better team without Gilbert Arenas. He is a great player for sure but he seems to make everyone around him worse.

Since Agent Zero went down with an injury the team has been playing pretty good and Caron Butler has flourished.

Once again tonight the deciding factor will be Toronto’s depth (get used to reading this).

They have too many bodies that can score and play defense for most teams to handle. Even if Bosh does not return tonight they have can get by.

Delfino is playing some great ball this week and when you consider on any given night a number of Raptors could lead the team, an opposing coach just does not know where to key in.

I think Toronto is finding a groove and should start to add some wins to the record before they hit the road for the West coast over Christmas. They are clearly the second best team in their division right now and with that depth they will creep towards Boston over time. You know the Celts are great but can they sustain this crazy run and avoid an injury to one of the Big Three?

Raps take tonight’s game 110-104 in a high scoring, no D kind of game.
