Raps need a win today, Raps need a win today.

Toronto has to wash that bitter taste out of their mouth from the other night when they were shown up by the Celtics. There is no word if Bosh and Bargs are going to play but Toronto sure could use them.

Two former Raptors, Tracy McGrady and Rafer Alston, make their return to the ACC today.

I think Toronto has the man power to slow down T-Mac and I am certainly not worried about Rafer. I am worried about Yao in the middle and the Rockets’ three point shooting.

Toronto has not figured out how to close out on perimeter shooters and it is killing them. I am getting tired of watching teams fill up on threes from the corner when they are not even covered.

Toronto has won three of four against Houston over the past two seasons, but the Rockets won the most recent meeting, a 114-100 decision in Toronto last March. McGrady had 24 points, Alston added 23 and nine assists and Yao had 23 points and 12 rebounds.

This could very well happen again today but I am feeling in my dino-heart that the boys will show some guts today and right the ship a little bit.

With or without the B boys I am calling for a tough home win in front of the ACC faithful Make the final, 97-90 with Calderon and Ford having a great day.
