Sausage rollin in the middle of a storm

Halifax is currently getting dumped on with a huge snow storm so my planning ahead payed off. I got all the ingredients yesterday to make some sausage rolls.

This afternoon I whipped them up and they turned out pretty good.

There was not enough ground meat to make as many as I would of liked so I will change that up next time. I used some lunch meat with the remaining dough and that turned out okay.

That was just the first try and they turned out great so they will be even better next time.

I will write on the Raps crappy game in a sec but get out some of the frustration of their play I went out to shovel at half time. You would not know it now but it was some fresh air. Katie had the camera going.

Now is it dark and the snow continues to come down. We have a fire going so it is nice inside but I would not want to go outside later on.

Katie has to fly to Saint John tomorrow so we will see if that happens.

Not much else going on today. Going to go downstairs and enjoy some of the warmth and watch the snow continue to fall.
