Sacramento at Toronto 7pm ET
Nothing like getting back on the horse right away to forget about a bad game. That is what the Raptors have in store for them tonight as they take on the Kings.
I am going to file last night’s game away and try to look ahead to bigger and better things. No point looking back when there is another game to play.
With Kevin Martin thriving since his recent return from a groin injury, the Kings go for their fourth win in five games as Mike Bibby returns to the court for his season debut.
Figures he makes his comeback against the Raps.
Hopefully the friendly confines of the ACC will spark the Raps to start the game off with some energy. I find that when they start out well they tend to win. The Raps are a front running team and have a much better record when they can control the pace.
The Kings are a beatable team but they are an NBA team so you can’t count them out especially since they are going to be healthy for the first time. They have been playing well and they did beat the Mavs the other day.
They run and can score a bunch. That may be a good thing for Toronto because they love to run and put up points as well.
I know the starters (maybe not Bargs) will bounce back tonight and have a better game. Kapono needs to string a few games in a row together like last night and his value will rise off the bench.
I am praying that Darrick Martin does not see the floor and if he does, he only is allowed to pass.
This game is going to be high scoring with a lot of three balls. The Raps are going to take it 109-101 and everyone will get their free pizza.
