Toronto at Boston 7:30pm ET

Finally a game. It seems like it has been weeks since the Raptors meltdown in Philly on Saturday. Time for all the talk to stop and for the team to show us what they got on the court.

Crap, it is against the Celtics. Boston has owned Toronto this season. Short of a thrilling OT loss at the start of the season, Toronto has looked lost and scared of the new-look green machine.

Even though Boston has stumbled a little as of late there is no reason to think it will happen tonight.

KG has the size and freakish length to slow down Bosh like few can. Because the Celtics don’t need KG to put up 30 points everynight he can focus on defense and rebounding. Against a weak front line of the Raps Garnett should have an easy double-double and will most likely get 15+ rebounds.

One of the areas that Toronto can hurt Boston is not playing. T.J. Ford as we saw in the first game of the season between these two, owns Rondo. Funny enough when the Celtics PG has been out of action, the team struggles. Hard to believe that among the Big Three, it is actually Rondo that makes it all come together.

I am not expecting a win by any means but I am really hoping that the Raps man up. I hate when they look scared or respect a team too much. They do it against the elite clubs and it pisses me off. Go at them as if they were the Clippers for Gods sake.

Attack, attack, attack and when that is not working play tough defense. You know the Celtics will be playing tough on D so I hope the Raps can match their energy.

If you are going to lose to Boston, make one of the future Hall of Famers beat you and not Eddie House, James Posey or Big Baby. Posey is out tonight due to a finger.

Come out swinging and maybe catch Boston on an off night. It happens in this league so no point getting behind by 20 and think you will come back.

Bosh will struggle tonight so the others need to pick it up.

I am looking at you Delfino, Kapono and Bargs.

Bosh will get a hard fought double-double. Calderon will do the same and AP will add about 15 points or so. That means somebody else needs to have a big game. Maybe Hump can return to his December form.

This is sadly the last time the Raps play Boston this season. Actually that could be a good thing? I hope that they do meet again and it is not in the first round of the playoffs.

Boston should win tonight’s game 93-85. I hope I am wrong but I am not excecting it.
