For all of you who may not of heard, Lost is back this week with the first episode of season four. Who knows if the strike will allow a full season to play out but they are firing it up on Thursday with a two-hour premiere.

In case you forget what happened last season you can get caught up on Wednesday night.

ABC announced last week that an enhanced version of “Through the Looking Glass,” the two-hour season three finale of its hit series would air on January 30 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.

This special edition of the finale will feature on-screen facts and back story about the episode and the series. These facts will appear on the lower third of the screen.

Kind of like pop up video Lost style.

On Thursday, January 31, a recap episode will air at 8 p.m. followed at 9 p.m. with the season four premiere, “The Beginning of the End.”

Great way to catch up on the show. God knows there is nothing else on unless you like reality shows.
