Anyone who has digital cable or Show Time has probably watched or at least heard of the fast growing phenomena known as Dexter. For those who have not, it is based on the 2004 novel “Darkly Dreaming Dexter” by Jeff Lindsay, and centers around a serial killer who works with the Miami Metro Police Department as a blood pattern analyst.
I have watched the two first seasons on video on demand, and every episode is filled with more suspense than House, and makes you want to keep coming back for more.
For the people who don’t have Show Time or digital cable, you are in luck. CBS will be picking up the show, airing syndicated episodes starting February 17th, and airing the third season of the series this coming fall.
Surprisingly, a lot of people I talk to about television have not even heard of the show, which is why I am trying to spread the word. The few people I know who have watched it have had only good reviews, and can’t seem to get enough of the hero/villain known as Dexter Morgan.
Be sure to catch up on the show starting February 17th, because you can bet that the third season will be just as spine tingling as the first two.
