An ongoing feature on Cuzoogle is called The Seven and basically it is a list of whatever I want it to be. Simple but entertaining I think. As I continue the move from my old wordpress hosted blog to this new and improved one you are reading now, I have learned a lot so far. One of the really fun options is trying out all of the plugins for wordpress I can now use. I am amazed at how many there are and that you can pretty much find one to fit what you want.

So in honour of all of these great plugins, I give you seven that I think you should try out and I have added a picture of a lovely lady that I would like to think uses it. Sound odd? Maybe but it is always good to get hot pictures in a blog post about blogging stuff.

1. Adsense - Inserts Google Adsense inside your posts where you see fit. Simple to use and you will need it to save up for that fancy date you want to go on with your lady.

2. Akismet - Akismet checks your comments against the Akismet web service to see if they look like spam or not. Nice to keep a clean profile even if you gravitate to the dirty girls.

3. Feedburner Feedsmith - This plugin detects all ways to access your original WordPress feeds and redirects them to your FeedBurner feed so you can track every possible subscribers. Very key for living off something you are already well known for.

4. MaxBlogPress ping optimizer - Saves your wordpress blog from getting tagged as ping spammer by installing this plugin. Getting pinged a lot is great.

5. Popularity contest - This will enable ranking of your posts by popularity; using the behavior of your visitors to determine each post’s popularity. Being popular always helps a career.

6. Socialable - Automatically add links on your posts to popular social bookmarking sites like Digg, Facebook and Stumbleupon. Getting out on the town and having your face seen everywhere is another way to be famous.

7. Subscribe remind - Give your readers a little remindet to subscribe to your blog’s feed at the end of each post. I mean even if you have nothing going on right now, people can always look back at what you once did.
