Toronto 115, New York 92
Yes I was much more interested in the Oscars last night than the Raps game but I did watch both. It was a seamless transition from one to the other and just as the Coen Brothers did, the Raps dominated to wrack up an expected win.
The first half was closer than I would of liked but it was only because the Raptors were playing their classic non-defense and Crawford was hitting a lot of shots. But Smitch must of given his “I will kick your ass if we lose to them again” speech at half time because they ran away in the third.
Even though the guy had some crazy bad passes and a few easy misses, Andrea Bargnani had a good game. He led the team in scoring and looked very active on the offensive boards. I think that was as close as he has been to a triple-double in his young career so far.
Bosh had an easy night at the office and the guy is allowed to have them. Early fouls kept him on the bench for most of the first half and he did not have to break a sweat in the second.
Ford had a really good game and the jumper is coming back. He did go all one-on-one in garbage time but he was scoring so whatever. I think he had a little showdown with the always chatty little man Nate.
The other big suprise was the play of Primo! Primo! Primo!
Yep the newly acquired seven footer showed a lot of emotion and excitement to be playing and if he gives that to the Raps every night I will be one happy guy. Active on the boards and on defense and it seemed he inspired Rasho who at one point went for a large follow up jam.
I know they beat the Knicks and it did was the taste of Friday night out of my mouth a little but a win is a win and they need to move on and look forward.
They have to take care of business tonight in Indy.
Other notes

- Why is the Hump getting so little love?
- Gotta go find that Thriller video they showed on the big screen.
- Uncomfortable long shot of Bosh’s lady friend.
- TSN put more into their promos for the NHL Trade Deadline than their half time show.
- Rod Black sucks.
- Pistons looked awesome yesterday blowing out the Suns.
- Phoenix looks pretty bad so far with Shaq.
- Everyone got some Sunday pizza.
