Washington at Toronto 7pm ET

The next two games for the Raptors are almost must wins in my opinion. Not that it will really hurt them in the standings because they are pretty much locked in at the five spot but it is important because they head out on a tough west coast trip next week. To lose either or both of the next two could be the start of a long losing streak since they will be playing the Lakers, Warriors, Nuggets and Jazz most likely without CB4.

The Wizards are hurting and falling apart after they did so well to maintain a decent record with Gilbert Arenas.

Now they have been playing without Butler and have been getting killed. They lost by 30 the other night and of course the last time they were at the ACC they got pasted by 39.

There is no word on when Bosh will be back and it said in the news that he is not feeling like the knee has gotten any better. It could be a few weeks now.

Toronto got another scare on Wednesday when Andrea Bargnani had a collision and his head slammed on the court, causing him to lose three teeth. But after three minutes on the ground, Bargnani got up and hit two free throws.

It was great to see Il Muggo show some toughness. How will he bounce back tonight?

This game should be easy but the Wizards don’t lay down like the Heat did. They still have players who can do damage.

Antawn Jamison is still there and their bigs did a number on the boards the last time the two teams played in Washington.

It is also important to note what I mentioned last week. The Raptors suck on Friday nights whether it is at home or on the road. They have lost their last four Friday nighters including a real stinker last week to the Pacers.

Parker, Calderon, Ford and hopefully Bargnani can carry to load tonight. It should only take 90 points to win this one and if they get bonus points again from Rasho and Kapono it should get the job done.

There is no excuse to come out flat tonight. Kill them, destroy them and have the game over by the half. The same goes for Sunday against the Sonics.

Get the easy ones in before you have Kobe going for 50 on Tuesday night.

I am picking the Raps to win 102-90 and play a focused game from start to end.
