Yeah I was trying to find something else cause T-Murray never boxed anyone out.

He did like to shoot the threes, would be a good fit with the current raptors bunch for both reasons.

A 'How to box-out & rebound training video' from former Raptor Tracy Murray, of all people ... Oh, the irony in that ... :-) ... did Murray ever (EVER) box-out during his NBA career? ... well, maybe once ... sometime during a REM Sleep period, on the road, vs Sacramento, or Golden State ... maybe.

Blake,

John Lucas was a great US college player; a mediocre NBA player; a decent NBA head coach; and, reputedly, a good rehabiliitation trainer for those seeking to re-establish themselves as legit NBA workers, after losing their way in the world due to personal drug abuse ... but, as afar as I know, he has no rep at all, as a 'legendary trainer known for teaching Bigs physical toughness'. LOL

First round for sure.....no way they get past anyone unless Howard, LeBron and Jamison all get busted for roids.

I got an email from Jay Triano, he passed the rebounding video on to Maceo and D.Mart

Why have John Lucas around and have him work exclusively with TJ? He's a legendary coach when it comes to teaching bigs toughness, give him Hump and Andrea for a week or two, please!

great video, i nominate you for rebounding/toughness head coach. it bugs me when a player is injured, and they don't sit on the bench with the rest of their team. leads me to wonder things....anyways, the raptors are going to finish about 43/44 wins, and get rolled in the first round, regardless of who they play, any doubters?
