I was trying to think of something simple to post that would get people to start a comment-sation. Seeing as I have a post that is constantly updated called Movies I have seen in 2008, I thought it would be cool to just start a list where you post the last movie you saw.
Maybe the list will inspire someone to rent the movie you listed or maybe it will inspire someone to say that they really liked or hated the movie you listed.
At the very least thanks to the Commentluv plugin, you will get a backlink out of it if you leave a movie in the comment section.
I have a long list of flicks I am waiting to watch so please check back and see how long the list grows.
What was the last movie you watched?

1I finally got around to watching No Country For Old Men. I liked it a lot, but Mrs. Buzz thought it was a little slow. I think it did a great job of capturing the ominous tone that is famous in Cormac McCarthy stories. I just wish I had read the book first.
As a side note, I just finished reading the The Road by the same author. The movie is coming out in November. I highly recommend reading the book first. It was amazing.

2Nice, I want to read The Road and I am happy to hear it is coming out as a movie. No Country was great. I liked it better the second time around.
“You know how this is going to end.”

3I haven’t been to the theater to see a movie in awhile, but I’m taking my son to see Iron Man tomorrow. I actually watched Juno last weekend with my wife and thought it was brilliant. Excellent movie!
The Grandmaster Misses want’s to see Charlie Wilson’s War and 27 Dresses…I’m not sure I’m into either one of those though. I’ve been wanting to see Sweeney Todd.

5I actually haven’t seen anything really new lately…I did start “Before the Devil Knows Your Dead” but didn’t finish it for whatever reason.
I will say that “No Country” and “There WIll Be Blood” are by far my 2 favorites of last year.

7I am going to see Iron Man next Thursday. I have to go on a man-date with the brother in law because the wives refuse to see it. Their loss.
Wife dragged me to see Baby Mama last night. I gotta say…it was pretty damn funny.

8Forbidden Kingdom! Truly one of the most hilarious, engaging funny movies I’ve seen in years. Utterly was ROTFLMAO.
Enjoy,

13The last movie I saw was “Grindhouse,” a DVD of a lousy cam recording bootlegged from inside a theater, but the movie’s so good (I love Tarantino) that I enjoyed it anyway, ha!
