A charity headed by Anne Hathaway’s boyfriend is under investigation by the New York Attorney General’s office for what looks to be tax fraud.

Italian businessman Raffaello Follieri has been sketchy in the past and stealing from charity would be a new low. Seems time for Anne to find a new guy? What about a blogger?

Investigators are demanding that Follieri provide financial records for the Follieri Foundation, which has never filed the required forms with the IRS. Yep sounds sketchy to me. Dump him Anne, dump him.

Hathaway’s hands might not entirely be clean either. Until recently, she was a board member for the foundation and it is unclear why she stepped down from her post. Oh Anne, say it ain’t so?
