Even if you are a Celtics fan you have to agree the refs were pretty bad on Sunday. Sure Boston was agressive and took it to the bucket but a 38-10 difference in free throws is insane.

Watching the game there had to be at least five times Kobe got hit and did not get the call. Do I think there should be special treatment for stars? Not really but it is not fair to all of a sudden look the other way when the MVP of the league gets fouled. Leon Powe goes to the line more than the entire Lakers team? I know I have been joking that the fix is in for the Celtics to win but that really adds fuel to the fire.

After Phil’s expected complaints about the officiating (Phil usually gets what he wants) expect a tightly called, brutal game tonight where Kobe goes to the line 35 times. If only the refs would call everything the same way all of the time for both teams and give us the Finals we all want to see. Don’t take it out of the players hands.
