Now we are not about to take back every horrible and negative thing we have ever said on this blog about Andrea Bargnani but the kid is slowly making us eat our words.

Last night, even though the Raps lost again, Il Muggo had another great game and this time posted a career high 31 points. How many of you were hoping he would take the last shot and not Bosh? Yeah, thought so.

His confidence is over the moon and he is doing it on both ends of the floor. He is moving his giant feet and had 10 boards last night. We know it is only a few weeks and that does not make a career but Bargnani is on his way to being one of the dominant forces in Toronto.

Should be fun when JO finally feels healthy enough to come back.

So because of Andrea’s strong play over the last few weeks, we feel that the Canadian version of the Food Network should consider him to replace Giada De Laurentiis. Wow, gasps from the audience eh? Okay you are right, she is hot and should never be replaced but Andrea should at least be the second choice for an Everyday Italian, at least if you are a Raptors fan. We are liking what he is cooking up that is for sure.
