Toronto Raptors at Cleveland Cavaliers
Well this should be fun. The Raptors head into this one playing like garbage and the Cavs have not lost a game at home. What does that add up to? It adds up to me watching The Food Network to ease my frustration when the Cavs are up by 25 at the half. Yeah that is pretty negative but you are all thinking it as well. The Cavs are really good, the Raps are really bad, so how can it go any other way? The only hope is it turns out to be one of those embarrassing train wrecks like in Denver where it forces BC to do something ASAP. That is all I am looking forward to at this point. How will the team be fixed for the future. This season is a right off and anyone who still thinks the Raps can get in the postseason must be hanging out with Michael Phelps. The one thing I will say for Raptors fans that live in TO, enjoy the game because the next two you will have to watch on your computer screen on some shitty feed. I get TSN2 and was highly annoyed at the TSN2 commercials that ran during the Super Bowl with the message of if you don’t have this channel, here is what you are missing. How many of you put your Chuck Swirsky bobble-head through the screen? Anyways Raps-Cavs should not be a night of anger and frustration. You know how it will end going in. So enjoy LeBron’s dunks for all it is worth and try to go to sleep relaxed and ready for a new day.
Here is everything you need to know for tonight’s game.

- The Cavs will seek their ninth straight home win against the Toronto Raptors.
- Cleveland has won six of its last seven, with four of those wins coming on the road.
- James is averaging 27.8 points during a career-low 37.5 minutes per game this season, and he’s averaging just 35.8 minutes in 22 home games compared to the 40.7 minutes he averaged in 39 home games in 2007-08.
- The Raptors have lost eight straight in Cleveland, including a 114-94 loss on Dec. 9. James, who is averaging 34.4 points in his last five games against Toronto, had 31 points on 11-of-18 shooting in that win.
- The Raptors, who last won in Cleveland in 2004, will be looking to avoid losing their third straight on Tuesday.
- Chris Bosh was held to a season-low nine points on 4-of-11 shooting when Toronto last visited Cleveland.
For Bettors
- The under is 7-3 in the last 10 meetings.
- The Raptors are 2-5 ATS in the last 7 meetings in Cleveland.
- The Raptors are 2-5 ATS in the last 7 meetings.
Prediction
After reading the intro I can’t really go any other way than picking a Cavs blowout win. Maybe it is such a sure thing the Raps will pull off a surprise? Yeah right, maybe Jamario Moon will not take jump shots tonight.
Cavs win easy and I DVR the second half just in case something interesting happens. Cleveland 103-Toronto 89.
