They say lightning never strikes twice, but apparently lottery wins are a little more common.

Saskatchewan is seeing its fourth million-dollar win of the year, this time in Regina.

And they say the Prairie provinces are boring!

Regina brothers Tim and George King received their million-dollar cheque Tuesday which was the prize for playing a winning Western Millions scratch ticket. Tim buys numerous scratch tickets every week from a convenience store, including the winner purchased last Friday.

Time to move to Saskatchewan it seems.

Sounds like a fix.
