Is it time for NBA ball yet??
We are missing NBA basketball so much at Cuzoogle that we are going to look ahead to the 2009-2010 season even though it is still summer. No Olympics this year to get us over the hump, so all we have left is predictions.
This will be a series of prediction threads where you can voice your opinions on what you think will happen once the season tips off.
The first installment will be how you see the regular season shaping up. Who will have the best record and where will they fit in the standings. Don’t worry about listing actual records (math is hard) but just list the teams in order of best records. Make sense?
Post all of your predictions in the comments section and you can use the handy list to cut and paste and then rearrange however you want.
Here is Cuzoogle’s picks
West:
LA Lakers
Denver Nuggets
SA Spurs
Portland Trailblazers
Dallas Mavericks
LA Clippers
NO Hornets
Utah Jazz
Houston Rockets
Phoenix Suns
GS Warriors
OKC Thunder

Boston Celtics
Cleveland Cavaliers
Washington Wizards
Toronto Raptors
Detroit Pistons
Chicago Bulls

Thanks for helping us keep the NBA alive as the dog days of summer roll a long. Can’t wait for some real games!
Next post we look at the playoffs.

Hmmmmm I’m shocked at you. I assume that VC is your mortal enemy yet you believe that he makes the Magic the best team in the East? I think that he makes them worse since their unique size advantage is now gone.
Cavs, baby.
You are right about VC but I think Howard is just that good to carry them. Cavs will still be there but will take a slight step back and worry more about gearing up for the playoffs.
