As a recent first-time home buyer, it is hard to imagine paying $2.7 million for any house.

In New York City, all that cash will only get you a home that is 9.5 feet wide and 42 feet long and is billed as the narrowest house in NYC.

It is located in Greenwich Village and was built in 1873 and sandwiched between two larger structures ( think Eddy Curry and Darko Milicic on either side of Nate Robinson).

The current owner bought it in 2000 for $1.6 million. Now that is a deal!
