Rampart is a movie about a police officer getting caught on tape beating a suspect. Then he finds himself in a personal and emotional downward spiral as the consequences of his past sins and his refusal to change his ways in light of a department-wide corruption scandal seal his fate.

Woody Harrelson is the bad-ass cop and based on the trailer, he makes Training Day look like a kid’s show. This one has potential for sure.
