We all know it has been a busy summer in Toronto, with almost a new roster ready for the start of training camp, but what about the rest of the Atlantic Division, one in which the Raptors could only manage to finish fourth last season.

Is it just me or is this whole NBA banning players from tweeting etc. during games way to serious? Hard to imagine something as silly as posting on Twitter needed rules handed down by the NBA brass.
Did they really think coaches would let their players text while a game is going on?
